The staff are polite, the hotel is cozy and with peaceful location near to a hill and the centre and the beautiful parks. The pool area is nice too.

Enjoyable location, fine staff, simple restaurant. Dining room, we liked affordable breakfasts there. Comfortable beds and air conditioning, WiFi and television. The staff did all they can for a luxurious stay. Besides, it was a 10-15 minute walk from downtown, that worked for us. The easy check-in too.

All in all our stay was warm, nothing too much trouble. The hotel was unique, rooms and the breakfasts here were reasonably good. Neat place, very attentive staff. The gardens were nice and our room was wonderful and exceptionally good. The location was top, not too far from mill colonnade...

An excellent base for exploring Karlovy Vary. On-site restaurant Amadeus was a bonus, had dinner there.

Tusculum is within walking distance the hotel. Touristic places like diana lookout tower were right by our property. Would come back for sure❤
